- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Rude!!! From reading other reviews after my experience I think all these locations operate the same. They literally call you 3 times a day and at this branch, the manager, Kelly, will call you and send you text messages from a cell phone acting like a regular person trying to call you. I don't answer calls from numbers I don't know so she will proceed to leave you a voicemail threatening to file a lawsuit against you if you don't return her calls by the end of the business day. We will never use them again and I would never recommend this location or any other location of 1st Heritage to anyone, stranger or friend.
